Council recently conducted a bin audit across the Local Government Area to ensure all residential waste services are being correctly charged.
If you have received a letter in the mail from Council about having an additional bin that is not currently being charged for in your rates, please complete the form below to advise of your preferred option which include:
If you would like to continue with the existing bin(s) at a cost of $187.32 per bin per annum to be charged through your rates notice. Please complete the online form below by 27 March 2026.
If you would like to have the additional bins removed, we will arrange for their removal.
If this letter is not an accurate reflection of the bins on your property, please attach a photo of the bins at your property to the online form for a Council officer to review.
Please be sure to advise Council of your preferred option by 27 March 2026. If we do not hear from you by this date, the additional bins will be flagged for removal.
