Council is upgrading the Boronia Park South Playground.
The community is invited to have their say on the initial plans for the upgrade by Sunday 7 September via the below form.
Works will include the construction of a new footpath to the playground for pram and wheelchair access, the replacement of some playground equipment and the installation of new inclusive equipment.
New inclusive equipment includes:
seesaw
mulitplay equipment with climbing features and a slide
cottage/shop
spinning seat
2 new play panels – connect 4 and tic tac toe
Works for this project will begin in October 2025 and are expected to be completed early next year.
The upgrade will include the removal of the spinning pyramid, quad rocker and bed of beads.
