A Community Advisory Group has been established that comprises of one Councillor, two community members, two commercial members, a member from the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust, a member from the Hunters Hill Sailing Club and two Council officers.

The Community Advisory Group's role is to assist in the update to the Pan of Management by providing recommendations to Council with regard to:

• Providing input into the Consultation Plan to facilitate effective communication and engagement for the delivery of the amended Plan of Management.
• Collaboration in supporting the review of the Plan of Management.
• Providing feedback into the consultation process and strategies associated with the process for preparing the amended Plan of Management.
