As part of the Henley Masterplan, Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOIs) from organisations including food, beverage and creative operators, community groups and others interested in shaping the future of the Henley Community Centre and Eastern Green (Henley Precinct) in Gladesville Reserve.
We’re looking for operators with ideas that:
bring the space to life
create activity
welcome the community
celebrate our foreshore
strengthen local connections
In your EOI, tell us how you can use the facility and the bowling green, as well as provide a business case for the operation. Here are some ideas:
classes, workshops and social gatherings
a local café or restaurant with a balcony looking across the park
creative, cultural or wellness activities
adaptive reuse of the former bowling green e.g. for events or sports
We’re also keen to hear about longer-term building upgrades that suit the foreshore setting such as a yoga deck or viewing terrace above the existing carpark, or a lift from the lower carpark to improve accessibility.
